BEACH WALK is an impressive, large, first tier home with gorgeous views and hot tub. Home is located directly in front of the beach walk in the cul-de-sac. Surrounding undeveloped area provides a private and secluded setting. All 4 bedrooms (2 are kings) have attached baths and walkouts to decks facing the beach and gulf. Wrap around decks allow for quiet seating groups, a place read your favorite book or getting a large group together to enjoy the gulf views and breezes. Note: outside of peak weeks, the house is offered as a 2 bedroom/2 bath option to smaller groups with the 2 first floor bedrooms/baths locked off. This still provides all the amenities with a king bedroom master suite and a queen bedroom on the main floor (2nd floor). Relax in the fabulous hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the Gulf. Or settle back in the shade at the bar with your favorite beverage. The outside private shower and sink are superb for cleaning up from the beach before going inside or into the hot tub. Inside the foyer is the second full sized fridge with ice maker which is perfect for extra ice and beverages near the hot tub and beach access. THE FIRST FLOOR has two bedrooms: The king bedroom is beautifully furnished, own TV/DVD, private bath and walk-out to the large wrap around deck. The second bedroom, has its own sitting area with TV/DVD, 2 full beds and a queen sized sofa bed. The second sitting area is terrific for a large group where you can let the kids enjoy their own shows from the 2 sofas and/or 2 beds in the room. This bedroom has its own bath and access to the gulf view deck. The laundry area is conveniently located on this floor. THE SECOND FLOOR is the main living area, with stunning, well equipped kitchen, large island, stainless appliances, granite counters, large pantry, and dining table that seats 10 plus bar stools. The living room has a gas fireplace and a walkout to the second floor deck with spectacular views of the gulf. A bedroom with queen sized bed is also located on this floor with a bathroom, access to the bath is also available from the main living area. THE TOP FLOOR master has fantastic views, a beautiful master bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and separate make up area. The master bedroom walks out to a private deck with captivating views. For additional sleeping flexibility, there is also a large chair in the master that opens into a twin bed. Other extras include free local and long distance calling, high Speed Internet access, gas fireplace, and beautiful wood floors in the main living area. Outside enjoy a shaded patio with welcoming hot tub, sit up bar area and gas or charcoal grills. There is an enclosed hot/cold shower and outdoor sink. Ample parking for cars and a boat. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD players.
