Convenient dedicated parking space plus visitor space(s) (not covered or garage parking) in back of building. Access to unit via semi-enclosed stairway to deck. Outdoor shower and car rinse hose beside loading space in parking area. Front deck with ground access faces A1A, the ocean and sunrise. Back deck overlooking the parking faces mainland, the waterway, and the sunset. Wall-to-wall tinted, screened, locking sliding glass doors provide access from living room to the new ocean-facing deck and let the wonderful ocean views in to kitchen, living room and dining area. Back door and bedroom windows let in sunset views. Nice living room with large floor rug, queen sleeper sofa, recliner, floor and table lamps, bookcase with books and movies, TV stand/game cabinet, 42' flatscreen TV with DVD/VCR player. Sorry, no cable or satellite- so many folks nowadays have a smart phone for news and weather or will hit a sports bar to watch a game. There is also a massage table and rowing machine. Everything fits nicely with room left to set up the rowing machine, two people to do Yoga, or to set up the massage table and give each other soothing massages! Dining area has overhead lighting, bookcase for storage (placemats, cookbooks, restaurant takeout menus, your wine, etc.). Large table with lazy susan seats four. Connects via opening over counter/bar to kitchen. Light, roomy kitchen with working but somewhat older appliances (microwave, toaster oven, electric range/range hood, refrigerator, coffee grinder, coffee maker) and cabinetry. Big sink, no disposal, brand-new dishwasher. No icemaker but freezer makes cubes fast. Kitchen equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, dishes, glassware, leftover containers, water filtering pitcher. The water here tastes very good even without the filter! Bedroom has book shelf, new queen mattress and box springs, a roomy, cedar-lined closet, vintage dressers, bed tables and lamps. Large rug. Vertical blinds plus drapes on large window. Bath has standard toilet, heat lamp, fiberglass combo tub/shower, area rug, large mirrored medicine cabinet over new faucet/sink/vanity. Plenty of towel racks. Handy bathing suit drying rod over tub. Hall utility/laundry closet with storage shelves/clothes hanging/drying bar. New washer and dryer. Entry hall with carpet, coat rack, fishing rod rack, shoe rack, mirror. Entry door has same-keyed deadbolt and handle locks (lockbox outside door). Storm door older, with glass panes that can be raised and lowered, but unfortunately, not cleaned (to be replaced soon). 10-unit, 3-story building with vinyl siding, painted concrete stair towers and beach access openings at each end. Not showy, building renovation and re-landscaping in progress. Dumpster across parking lot for tenant use. Landscaped sitting area in another corner, but landscape is not fancy - slowly being revamped. No amenities besides those described. No onsite manager.
