Cabin style year round home built in 2004. Approximately 7 miles west of Minocqua in an area of many lakes. This property does not have lake access but Squirrel Lake is a large lake with one of the two boat landings within 1 mile of the cabin. This home is nestled in the woods against a ridge creating the feeling of living in the trees. Secluded from neighbors yet open to catch that occasional deer walk by or hear the cry of the loon from the nearby lake. There are 3.5 acres of private land. The home has three levels giving you plenty of room to gather together or spend time alone. The lower level was created as a mini suite with a family room, bedroom with queen size bed, laundry, and full bath with shower. The lower level door opens to a covered patio and the fire pit in front of the house. The main floor is an open area with the kitchen, dining, living room and a private bath with shower. Plenty of large windows give you the view of the woods surrounding the home. The French doors open to a large covered deck where you can quietly sit and enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. The main floor is also open to the upper level that has a private bedroom with queen size bed and a cat walk leading to the loft, where there is a full size antique bed. Most necessities are furnished, including linens, towels, paper products, kitchen items, VCR/DVD player, stereo, 2 HDTVâs (limited local stations only), games, movies, etc. Pets are allowed with restrictions and limitations.
