Welcome to Ormond Beach! The Ormondy is located on the beautiful, no drive Ormond By The Sea beach. Our bright and relaxing vacation condominium has direct ocean and beach views from the master suite, living, and dining areas. Start the day watching the sunrise and listening to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee on our balcony. It isn't rare to see the dolphins having a morning swim. We are located on the 10th floor facing south but also have full views to the west and east. These views include the ocean, beach, Halifax River, spectacular sun rises and sun sets. Our master suite with king size bed, offers a private bath, separate vanity area, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a plush king size bed. The guest closet/bonus space has built in twin bunk beds for an added sleeping space for children. The kitchen has all major appliances and the adjoining laundry room is complete with washer and dryer. Make your morning cup of coffee with our Keurig. A flat screen TV with DVR is located in living room. TVs are also in both bedrooms. DVD players. Both bedrooms also include flat screen TVs. Speaker docking station for smart device. Linens provided. All bedding is high thread count, and appointed with plush mattress toppers, and pillowy comforters. The large, heated, oceanfront swimming pool is reserved only for the guests. Chaise lounges, tables, chairs, and umbrellas are available for your enjoyment. The Ormondy is a secure building with keycode entry only. A garage door opener will get you inside to the private underground parking garage. There you will find your own assigned parking space. Luggage and shopping carts are available for your convenience.
