Come relax in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom cabin located on Big Chetac Lake. Enjoy the modern conveniences or just enjoy the beautiful lake view from your deck. This cabin offers a full kitchen, air conditioning, cable TV, and can sleep up to 6 people. A charcoal grill is included for cooking out on the deck. Rental includes dock access for one boat. Big Chetac Lake is a 1900 acre lake that offers an abundance of northern, walleye, largemouth & smallmouth bass, crappies, and pan fish. Birchwood is "The Bluegill Capital of Wisconsin"! Watch our majestic eagles, loons, deer, and other wildlife that this area has to offer. Spend your evenings watching the sun set and roasting marshmallows by the campfire. We are located only 2.5 miles from Birchwood, WI. Birchwood offers shopping, groceries, WiFi, dining, gas, laundry, printing services, a boat dealer, hardware store & post office. In town you can play tennis, take the kids to the playground, or go skateboarding at our local skate park. This cabin is located within a half mile from the Tuscobia State Trail. The Tuscobia is a multi use recreation trail that offers year round use for ATVâs, snowmobiles, hiking, biking, and horseback riding. When you hit the water you can boat to Dolittle Park which includes a swimming beach with a diving raft, playground equipment, and cookout areas. You can also enjoy a unique experience by taking your boat to dinner or cocktails at one of the 7 bar/restaurants located on the lake. For an afternoon of relaxation on the water Big Chetac also has a sandbar that allows you to get out of the boat and play in the water with a firm sand bottom. For the golfer in your group, Tagalong Golf and Conference Center is located only 6 miles away. Tagalong offers pristine views of Red Cedar Lake and a great dining experience. Challenge yourself on this Scottish Link style golf course. Our weekly rates includes up to 4 people. Additional guests can be accommodated for $20.00 per person per night.
