Inside there are 2 levels full of beautiful new contemporary furnishings, and heated concrete, tile and cork floors. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one King bed and two Queen beds) Living room has cable, new Hi-def TV, DVD player, Wii, The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and knottie Alder cabinets, and is fully stocked with cooking and serving necessities. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, hair dryers, a first-aid kit, laundry detergent, and all paper products like paper towels, napkins, etc. There is ketchup, mustard, mayo, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salad dressings in the refrigerator. There are also a lot of staples in the pantry, like a variety of coffee beans (with grinder), teas, creamer, sugar and sugar substitute, honey, flour, oil, syrup, brown sugar, soy sauce, baking powder, lots of spices, foil, plastic wrap, baking soda, salt/pepper, vanilla, paper plates, napkins, plastic Ziploc bags, etc. The dining room table seats up to 8. We have lots of cookware and serving pieces, plus lots of plastic ware for outside. There is seating for 6 on the patio. This home is WALKING DISTANCE to the Coors Field, Denver History Museum, Denver Zoo, City Park Golf Course, Botanic Gardens and Biking distance to Pepsi Center, Six Flags, the Aquarium, the Children's Museum, Mile High stadium, and the with EASY ACCESS to all that downtown Denver has to offer! Hundreds of restaurants, bars and clubs, the Convention Center, LoDo, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, 16th Street Mall, movie theaters, the State Capital, and the US Mint are among the many things to see and do within minutes of your doorstep.
