Welcome to paradise! Enjoy gorgeous direct water views of the ocean with beautiful sunrises from your condo unit. Cape Canaveral is next to Cocoa Beach, and is the closest beach to Orlando, Disney and all the theme parks, with miles of white sand beaches and blue water. You are only a few steps to the beach, an easy walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, five minutes to Port Canaveral with cruise ships, deep sea fishing boats and a gambling ship. You can watch the cruise ships sailing away, from inside the condo or from your raised patio/deck. Watch the rocket launches from the beach, the Kennedy Space Center is nearby. See dolphins, whales, manatees, turtles and seabirds. It is a very short few block walk to the Public Library, and the Cape Canaveral Recreation Center with tennis, shuffleboard and racquetball. The condo building has a lovely landscaped heated swimming pool right outside your front door, with a small clubhouse. Our 1375 sq. ft. condo unit has been updated within the last few months. There is a stylish master bedroom suite with, just installed, bleached oak wood floors, two closets (one is a walk-in) and a flatscreen TV. The updated master bath has a combination tub/shower and a built-in dressing table with granite top. A door leads to a screened porch. The large second bedroom sleeps 2 and also has new wood floors and lovely beach style furniture. The third bedroom can sleep 2 and has a high-rise bed and computer desk with a wireless printer. The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower. Upscale linens and towels are included. Both bathrooms have linen closets. The open kitchen has been updated and has granite countertops. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, icemaker, food processor, coffee maker, expresso machine, toaster, blender, new china, silverware, glassware, kitchen utensils, paper goods and anything else needed by chefs. There are 2 counter height stools. The living/dining room is stylish with a comfortable sofa and lounge chairs. There is a new large flatscreen TV, stereo, DVD/VCR and board games. Wireless Internet and cordless phones with free unlimited calls to all of the U.S. and Canada are included. The bar height dining table seats 4 and provides a lovely view of the ocean while dining. Sliding glass doors lead to the screen porch/deck, which has been recently updated and gives you a great view of the ocean. It has a bar table, 2 bar chairs and lounge chairs. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels are provided. In our condo unit there is a full size washer and dryer. Plenty of private parking on the premises is available at no charge. This condo complex is quiet, peaceful and friendly.
