This two bedroom, two bath, 2000 sq. ft. home enjoys a preferred quiet location with outstanding mountain views. Designed as a Fey mid century vacation home with vaulted ceilings and curtain walls to take advantage of the views, this 1/2 duplex style home is spacious, light and airy. The two car garage is spacious and will keep your vehicle clean and out of the heat and sun. The master is large even with the California king bed and enjoys access to the patio, a large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower and a large walk-in closet with a dressing area. The guest bedroom has a beautiful queen bed and a walk in closet. The adjacent four piece bathroom has a shower and tub combination. There is a bar between the kitchen and the large living room where you can enjoy a breakfast snack on those days you don't wish to enjoy the patio space or the separate dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cutlery, serving dishes, glassware, and all variety of cooking utensils. It's even stocked with most spices so you won't have to rush out and buy those upon your arrival. Appliances include: double ovens (original and definitely mid century cool), new side by side frig/freezer, glass cooktop, microwave, and a host of small appliances such as a blender, juicer, coffee grinder...all the small things you need to make a holiday relaxing. On the patio you will find a new gas grill. Entertainment includes: wireless Internet, enhanced cable with 3 flat screen TVs, a stereo system and CD player in the living room for those romantic dinners at home. Both local and long distance calling (to the continental US) is provided. ***NOTE:*** There is a 3 MONTH minimum rental term on this property to coincide with the HOA regulations.
