Fairway view out back. MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE. Rental includes use of IPCC Gym and tennis courts and community pool during your stay. Golf Course Discounts offered during your stay. Events and Close by locations: First Weekend in December: Indio International Tamale Festival, Sample Tamales from vendors from all over. First part of January, Annual Dog Show, Polo Grounds February: Riverside Country Fair & National Date Festival. Feb & November, McCormicks Classic Car Auction, Palm Spring. Early Feb, Dr. George Car Show, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.
