This attractive, newly redecorated ocean view condo is located on the 3rd floor of a four-story complex with 48 units which are accessed by 2 elevators. Our spacious one bedroom/one bath condo (860 sq.ft.) overlooks the beach and seascape. The living room features a full size sleeper sofa and two reclining leather chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area has seating for four with additional bar stools at the counter. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean and features a brand new euro top king size bed, TV and DVD player. On cool evenings you can sleep with the windows open and the ocean waves will lull you to sleep! For your convenience, a washer and dryer are in the unit. The condo has ceiling fans in both rooms and there is a fully remodeled bathroom with easy step in shower. There is also a pack and play if needed. A sliding glass door opens onto the 25-foot wrap around balcony, which overlooks the tennis court and provides wonderful views of both the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The thirteen miles of beautiful white sandy beach are just steps beyond the oceanfront pool. This is an ideal setting for leisurely walks, bicycle rides, surf fishing, collecting sea shells or just sitting back in a sand chair with your feet in the Atlantic surf or on the pool deck overlooking the beach. Ocean Reef Villas has something for everyone. Families will enjoy playing tennis and the great oversized pool and deck complete with tables, chairs and lounges as well as shuffleboard. Beach chairs and towels, a boogie board and other pool items are also provided in our unit. Nearby activities include sunset cruises or kayak trips with Marine Discovery Center, taking the water taxi that links New Smyrna Beach with Ponce Inlet, touring the Ponce De Leon lighthouse or trying your luck on the Sun Cruz Casino. You can also enjoy culinary delights from fresh seafood to steaks and pasta on the waterfront or under an umbrella at a sidewalk cafe. There are also many affordable golf courses close by. The inlet also provides countless opportunities for viewing dolphins and manatees. Rich in history and sunshine, New Smyrna Beach is often referred to as 'Florida's Original Theme Park.' Bound at the south side of the island by the pristine Canaveral National Seashore Park and at the north end by Smyrna Dunes Park, with its 1.5 mile boardwalk loop around the inlet area, nature comes alive here.
