Whether you're looking for golf, boating, swimming, fishing, ATVing, snowmobiling, hunting, or just peace and solitude, you can find it on Bass Lake! Just over 2 hours from the Twin Cities, quaint Bass lake is restricted to non motorized watercraft for quiet fishing, swimming, and watching loons and sunsets. Across the street is Red Cedar Lake where, using the nearby boat launch, you can explore the vast areas of Red Cedar, Balsam, and Hemlock lakes. If you get adventurous, there are numerous other lakes (Chetek Lake, Birch Lake, Long Lake, etc.) within a few miles. Renters have access to nearby beach club for swimming in the pool, use of gas grill, games (billiards, shuffleboard), tennis courts, fishing, snacks and beverages, and pizzas. There are miles of ATV, snowmobile, snowshoe, cross country ski, and hiking trails less than 1/2 mile from the cabin.
