Description

If you are thinking about coming to Alaska for a well-deserved vacation, this is the place to stay! Located on the banks of the beautiful Kenai River, this fully furnished, 1800 square foot, 3 bedroom apartment provides you with all of the amenities of home. Salmon and trout fishing right out your back door. The cabin/apartment is a single unit located in a two story building that is separate from the home on this property. The spacious upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a full bath with washer and dryer, living room, and sitting area. Two bedrooms contain queen beds while the third bedroom contains a bunk bed (full lower/twin upper) and a twin bed. Great view of the Kenai River from the living room windows. The lower floor contains a full kitchen and dining area along with another 1/2 bathroom. A patio located outside the entry has a gas grill and outdoor eating area next to the fire pit. The two stall garage contains a chest freezer and room to hang your waders and rain gear. Just this year we upgraded both the internet and DishTV service to provide more stable and much faster internet speeds. We are located 5 miles from Soldotna, on the north side of the Kenai River towards the end of the road. This cabin/apartment is centrally located with nearby access to bear viewing flights, king salmon and halibut charters, rainbow and dolly varden drift fishing, public golf course, wildlife and nature viewing cruises out of Seward, fishing, clamming, bear viewing charters and funky shops in Homer, as well as breath-taking scenery all around.
