Beautiful cozy cabin located on lovely Smith Lake. Perfect for a family getaway! There is a covered boat slip available for your boat, as well as a swim pier, and a canoe for your use. You will love the screened-in porch which overlooks the water. Note: This property does not have cable/satellite television service. There is WIFI internet service. This house is great for summer vacations as well as fall/winter getaways. There is a wood-burning fireplace, with a supply of wood, to keep you warm in the cooler months. Bedrooms include: Bedroom #1: Queen bed Bedroom #2: Twin bed Bedroom #3: Queen bed All three bedrooms are on the same level, and share two bathrooms. The downstairs features the den/living area and includes a fold-out sofa for additional sleeping options. There is a 3 night minimum stay for this house during peak season (May - September) No Saturday to Saturday rental during the peak season of May thru September. There is a 3 night minimum on Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. There is a five night minimum across July 4th week.
