First time offering summer rentals! Monday-Friday (4 nights) during summer for discounted price of $500. Also have a few open weeks that include weekends - see calendar- $900. October 2014 and October, November and December of 2015 are the only four months available for rent through the end of 2015, so we've discounted the price to $2,000 for each of those months. If you want a long-term lease, please contact us as early as possible. January , February and March, in particular, get rented very quickly each year. Gorgeous beach house on a private beach access road in sunny Ormond Beach. This remodeled house has it all! Large french doors overlooking the ocean, granite countertops, maple cabinetry, 18' ceramic tile floors, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, enclosed outdoor shower, tropical landscaping, separate laundry room and all the beach toys you can imagine! There are only 8 houses on this private access road with direct access to the beach! This section of the beach is reserved for pedestrians, no vehicles allowed. The home has an open floor plan with plenty of visiting space and allows for great ocean views through the wall of glass facing the beach. Just look at the recent photos for proof! RELAX in this fully furnished bungalow with updated furniture, double beds in spacious bedrooms, large dining room table and convenient extended bar top for entertaining along with a stocked kitchen with all the essentials (dishes, cooking pots, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc.) and modern stainless steel appliances. Beach bikes, ocean kayaks, water toys, BBQ grill, outside seating and dining table are all tucked away in the garage for your use! Plenty of dining options, banks and a Publix Supermarket are within walking distance. For additional activities, drive a few minutes south on A1A to the Daytona Oceanwalk with restaurants, movie cinema, lively boardwalk with nighttime activities and the Daytona Lagoon Waterpark or head north to Flagler Beach and historic St. Augustine. Even Orlando's theme parks are only 45 min away for a perfect day-trip. Note to pet owners: While your (well-behaved) pets are welcome in our home and in the neighborhood, Volusia County does not allow dogs on the beach. (We do sometimes see Owners with their dogs early in the morning before beach patrol starts working.) *Note: $100 professional cleaning fee at move out
