Paradise awaits you at this brand new, charming home that sleeps five comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and access to a shared bathroom, and the small den has a full size sleeper sofa if needed. All rooms have access to the wrap-around lanai that features ceiling fans, hammocks, dining furniture, lounge chairs and a tiki bar. For your grilling pleasure, there is a full sized gas grill on the lanai and if you feel adventurous, you can do a kalua pig âtraditional styleâ using the imu pit. The house has an open feel, with ceiling fans throughout. It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a long center island that can accommodate up to six at the breakfast bar in addition to the dining area. The living room has a 32â flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite tv, and a nice collection of DVD movies. Forgot to bring your mask and snorkel? No worries! We have some you can use, because a short walk from the house is the best snorkeling on the Big Island - the Wai âOpae Tide Pools. The offshore reef protects the tide pools from the sometimes-harsh southeastern shores of Hawaii. As you explore the maze of pools, you will find corals, schools of juvenile fish, moray eels, sea urchins, sea turtles, etcâ¦ It is like being in an aquarium! When you come home from the tide pools, there is an outside shower you can use to rinse off.
