This condo is the highest in quality and demand on the Central Florida coastline and if you book early you will get the Apr-Aug 2014 rate of only $950/wk plus tax. The best and widest beach and the finest views of the Atlantic Ocean and Ponce Inlet are right out your windows and private porch of this lovely 2BR/2BA Condo. Our rates are the most competitive because the condo is owner-managed by a family living one hour away in Winter Park, Fl. Located on the 5th floor of The Inlet Condominium in the Minorca Complex, guests have full use of Minorca amenities including the tastefully decorated clubhouse for family gatherings or quiet moments, 24 hour gated security, exercise room and sauna, private heated pool with a heated jacuzzi, four tennis courts, private intercoastal waterway pavilion and docks for fishing and boating. The kitchen has everything you need except groceries and you can purchase those at a nearby Publix Supermarket on the New Smyrna Beach island or mainland. The kitchen includes a new range and oven (Feb. '13) and a new Microwave Oven (Feb. '13), new Refrigerator and Ice Maker and Dishwasher (2011). The condo includes a tastefully decorated dining area, living room with two large couches and lounge chair. Carpet and tile throughout the condo are regularly professionally cleaned and maintained (Feb. '13). The kitchen has a utility closet with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms have new comfortable queen size beds with private baths. New flat screen TVs are in the bedrooms and living room. The Master bath includes a jacuzzi hot tub. Smoking or pets are not allowed inside or on the porches of this condo. New Smyrna Beach is a unique beach-side community with world class restaurants, shopping and art galleries. Fishing, surfing, walking on the beach and bathing in the surf are favorite past times. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach bikes all come with this condo. The condo is directly on the beach overlooking Smyrna Dunes State Park with over two miles of wooden walkways that overlook the dunes, beach and intercoastal waterway. You have a private view of the beach, Ponce Inlet and the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. The condo is an hour's drive to the Orlando and Disney Attractions. We're not kidding when we say this beachfront condo is in the most beautiful setting in Florida.
