It is all easy to access from this condominium in the gated complex of Kawama Village. Kawama Yacht Club is located less than five miles from the entrance of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park at mile marker 99.5. Local operators offer numerous excursions to view the many colorful coral reefs by snorkeling, diving, or glass bottom boat. This rental is a two level, non-smoking and fully furnished residence. It is comfortable, bright, and spacious. It includes access to two swimming pools, a sandy sunnning beach, children's playground, tennis courts, a swimming lake/lagoon, and Molasses Reef Marina offering deep water direct ocean access and boat ramp. Boat slips in the marina are available for rental if you bring a boat or arrive by boat. Use of the marina boat ramp is free for all owners and renters. Numerous tiki huts are available at the pools and beach to escape the sun and/or picnic beneath. At Kawama you can snorkel right off the beach or fish from the pier/jetty marking the entrance to the marina. Keywords: Condominium
