This is an excellent end-unit condominium in Alii Cove. Alii Cove is south of 'downtown' Kailua-Kona, just across Alii Drive from Honl's Beach on the Pacific Ocean. The spacious 2-story interior of the condo is very well equipped, furnished and maintained. The main seating space's ceiling is the full height of the 2-story interior. The was the developer's largest model â three bedrooms, three baths as well as the optional lounge/loft area upstairs. Ground floor lanai/patio has been extended with paving blocks. On the upper level, the Master Bedroom Suite includes walk-in closet, separate area for commode and oversize shower, two separate vanities with basins and a lanai/balcony with partial ocean view. Assigned parking spaces are directly outside the unit's front door. No steps between condo and parking spaces, and no need to walk around the building to enter â as at many other Alii Cove units. One space is covered; the other open. We also offer a playpen for those who have small children.
