You will enjoy your stay in this newly and thoughtfully remodeled, super clean, welcoming unit located just a block from the water. Referred to as âThe Postcardâ, this first floor unit is part of the Historic Corner House (circa 1890s), and is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, two televisions (a 32â flatscreen and a 46â flatscreen), dvd player, iPod player/alarm clock, bar sink, dining table for four, one bath with walk-in shower, microwave, coffee maker (with permanent filter), under cabinet refrigerator/freezer (freezer has enough room for more than ice cubes), toaster oven, cutting boards, plates/bowls/cups/wine glasses/utensils, etc. to serve four. We provide linens and towels; all linens and towels are 100% cotton. We have games! Try your hand at Jenga, Yahtzee, Trivial Pursuit, cribbage, backgammon, Pictionary, Connect Four, and more. Some dvds. There is a front and back door entrance to this unit, with dedicated parking just outside the back door, or covered, free city parking located next door at the city parking ramp. Charter television and free wireless access. Central air conditioning and ceiling fan. Nice lighting, contemporary décor, pretty windows. Surprisingly quiet and secluded (hidden right in the middle of town!). Professionally managed; professionally cleaned. A two minute walk to: 136 Wine Bar (great food, great atmosphere) , Kimz Galley Café (just through the alley, great food, personable owner) , Kick Coffee (serving Alterra Coffee, sandwiches, etc.), Stone Harbor Resort & Conference Center (includes a restaurant/bar), Holiday Music Motel, Inn at Cedar Crossing (quaint atmosphere, great menu), the Nautical (food and drink), Vanâs Bar (good burgers for lunch), Wilkins & Olander (upscale clothing), Top Deck (upscale clothing), Cornucopia Kitchen Shop (impressive inventory, helpful owners), Popelka Trenchard Glass (gorgeous), Draeb Jewelers, Harbor Lady Yacht Cruise, The Artistâs Guild (art supplies and more) , Third Avenue Playhouse (year round theatre), Greco Gallery, Audrey M.
