This 6th floor unit has 1370 sq. ft. of living area with tile flooring and is centrally heated and air conditioned. All rooms have ceiling fans. Recently purchased, the unit has been extensively updated and tastefully furnished. The large living room, with a separate dining area, has a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi, which can be viewed from a 2-seated power-reclining leather console sofa or from either of two matching upholstered armchairs. The screened balcony is accessible from either the living room or the master bedroom via sliding glass doors which provide for spectacular views of the ocean and grounds. The balcony contains cushioned wicker furniture and a dinette with chairs. The property is accessed by key entry to garage, pool area, private beach, and tennis court. The common area includes a heated pool, outside gas grills and showers. Adjoining the pool area is an attractive air-conditioned clubhouse with ample meeting area, a full kitchen, and private bathrooms, showers and saunas. There is a large outside parking area adjacent to the building. Shopping carts are available to carry multiple packages up the elevator to your floor.
