Situated on Rileyâs Point, just 10 minutes south of Sturgeon Bay â our private waterfront property will give you the slow pace environment that you have been craving along with the convenience of the unique shopping and activities that the Door Peninsula has to offer. Old world charm mixed with modern day convenience adds to the enjoyment of your stay. Both our 'House and Cottage offer an open concept with ample entertaining space. Hardwood floors, tongue and groove cathedral ceilings and family antiques decorate our homes. Two rentals, side by side, are available. The âBay View Houseâ is a large 3 bedroom, 1 bath, with an open living/dining/kitchen area, while theâ Bay View Cottageâ is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 sofa sleeper, 1 bath, also with an open living area and a screened in porch. The house is perfect for a family or two, while the cottage is just right for couples or a family. Both are equipped with modern appliances and have completely furnished kitchens as well as TV/DVD and A/C. We supply quilts, pillows, and blankets. Guests need to provide bed and bath linens. Both cottages offer large yards with tables/chairs, grills, fire pits, and a walk way to the private water frontage. Parking for boats can be accommodated. Local amenities include: deep water marina access located at Carmody Park (boat launching, just around the corner), Quick Mart (fuel, groceries, bait); Potawatomi State Park offers canoe and kayak rentals (5 minutes), Haines Park(sand beach- 2 miles), and Sunset Bar and Grill (boat launching available) is within walking distance. Current Rates for Gordon's Bay View May-Oct. 2014: âBay View Houseâ #3913 - $980 per week or $175 per night. 3 BR Sleeps 6-8. âBay View Cottage' #3911- Standard Rate Applies-$770 per week or $150 per night. 2 BR Sleeps 4-6. These rates do not include tax. We require a two night minimum stay, and a 3 night minimum for holiday weekends. Additional guest rates may apply. Guests may check in by 3:00 p.m.and must check out by 11:00 a.m. Early check in may be available upon request. If you would like us to hold your dates, please email or call us with your request to do so. Please include whether you will be staying at the 'Bay View House' (3 BR) or the 'Bay View Cottage'(2 BR). Once you have requested your desired dates and location, please fill out our reservation form. Your requested dates will be held up to seven (7) days. Please return the form along with your deposit within that time frame to reserve your dates. We will gladly accept a check or money order. Sorry, no credit cards. The required deposit is equal to 50% of your total amount due. Your dates will be reserved & confirmed with you, once we receive your reservation form and deposit (Deposit is non-refundable). Upon your arrival, we will meet with you to collect the balance due as well as the tax.
