We have 3-parks a short walk away, our beach is one of the only with a fresh water shower for quick clean ups. We sit only two houses away from the canal with its gorgeous sunsets, birdwatching, and calm paddleboarding or canoing. This really is a true gem of a community! Newport Shores has a large clubhouse and pool with lifeguard on duty in summer months. Beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis are all at your disposal. Come and stay and live like a local! You will will not want to leave. Whether you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach getaway or a non-stop adventure Newport Beach is the perfect vacation spot! Our 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is 1560 sq ft and is PERFECT for family members of all ages. This is a classic A-frame home with open beam ceilings and lovely wood work. The large open living room will host all the guests in your group. With a 50' flatscreen tv, 200 tv stations, DVD player with large DVD selection, ipod docking station, wi-fi, and large sectional couch you will have everything you need right in your own beach house. An 8 foot sliding glass door opens to a newly remodeled patio perfect for relaxing outdoors while making new friends in this lively community. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes you will need for your stay. Some basic spices, cooking oil, and necessities are provided to cut down on what you need to bring. The dining room offers seating for six and an additional pub table offer seating for four more. The top floor of the house offers two bedrooms and one full bath with tub perfect for cleaning up the kids after a day at the beach or pool. There is one large throughway bedroom with a queen bed and 30' flat screen tv with cable allowing adults to watch downstairs and kids to relax upstairs with a movie. A sliding glass door opens to large deck with new gas BBQ and brand new patio set with large table. Outdoor dining at its best! The second bedroom is light and bright with a comfortable queen sized bed. There is an inviting landing at the top of the stairs perfect for extra guests to sit and relax in or to put the provided pillow top airbed to add even more sleeping spaces. The downstairs master is a great secluded space for daytime naps, early bedtimes, or guest seeking privacy. An over sized sliding glass door opens to intimate patio with love seat and table. The second bathroom is large and perfect for cleaning up after a day at the seashore.
