BEACH DREAMER, is a beautiful, comfortable, pet-friendly home with four master bedrooms including two kings, a private heated pool and awesome, unobstructed beach views. The home has a screened porch overlooking the heated pool, and is located in a private setting only 200 steps to the beautiful pet-friendly beaches of Cape San Blas. The heated pool is located beach-side and is surrounded by a large, fenced yard with lots of room for you and your furry family members. Located just off the pool deck, detached from main living area, is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath and mini fridge. This bedroom or bathroom can be used as a changing area just a few steps from the pool deck. There is also an outdoor, private shower and both gas and charcoal grills off the pool deck. The screened porch, two open sun decks and covered top floor deck all have beach and gulf views and look down on the heated pool. Three bedrooms are gulf facing with unobstructed views, private baths and each with walk-outs to decks with breath-taking beach and gulf views. . On the main level, the open floor plan allows for beach views from kitchen, living and dining areas. The living area has a large flat screen TV and blue ray DVD, access to the screened porch and 2 open sun decks. Take your book and drink of choice to the open or screened deck or curl up in front of the gas fireplace, while enjoying the beautiful beach views. If you want to check on the pool action from the kitchen or living area, it is close access to screen porch and view of pool and beach. Conveniently located on the main floor is the gulf facing master bedroom with a king sized bed and a walkout to an open deck with access to the screened porch. The ensuite bathroom has a separate shower, a large garden tub and double vanities. Conveniently located laundry facilities, the bunk bed and 2 piece bath are also on the main living floor. On the upper floor, there are two gulf facing master bedrooms (one king and one queen), each with its own full bath and walkout to spectacular views of the upper deck. The queen bedroom has a desk, and the home has WIFI, DSL and unlimited US and Canada long distance, because we understand that you may have to stay in touch. Conveniently located close to the bike path that you can travel miles up the beach and convenient to the Trading Post for afternoon ice cream cones or any of your needs. .
