Copper Mountain continues to be 'Voted Locals Favorate Resort' by skiers and snowboarders alike. Village Square is a part of The Village at Copper, only 20 ft to the skating & paddle lake with zip line.. and just steps from the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. You'll be walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the athletic center, ice skating (paddling in summer)on the Westlake, and other activities. Shops, restaurants, and grocery are literally downstairs of the building. Copper Mtn bus stop is at the Village Square.. very convenient to take kids to West Village lessons etc, East Village tubing & Super Bee lift, Rec Center. No worries of claustrophobia here as my Condo is 813 square feet which is much larger than the typical one bedroom Condo and includes a HUGE outside patio with views of the slopes and Ten Mile Range! The rushing creek is directly below. A few more features to make your visit more enjoyable include a large group hot tub with views of the creek which is a few feet away, sauna, ski lockers, and laundry which are all located one floor directly below the condo. The basic layout of my Condo is a full kitchen, a dining area that seats six, the living room includes a 32' flat screen TV, queen-size pull out couch, loveseat, rollaway twin bed, cable TV, and gas fireplace. The master bedroom has log pine furniture: queen-size bed, bunk beds, walk in closet, and 42' flat sceen with blu-ray DVD (wifi Netflix, VUDU,etc). FREE wireless internet is included! I am a resident of Copper Mtn. and owner of the property management company for this condo. I will always be available to insure a quality rental experience and vacation. *email is preferred to phone call. Thanks 'Pet Friendly' - I need to discuss before giving a quote. All pets are Not accepted. If pets are not approved, a $100 per day fee will be charged for unapproved pets. The carpet and fabric on furniture is steam cleaned 2-3 times per year. There will be no signs of previous pets. Again... not all pets are approved. DISCOUNT LIFT TICKETS AVAILABLE. Keywords: Condominium
