This home is perfect for boaters, fishermen and families. The views of the ICW and marina are beautiful from the second story wrap around porch. Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities plus a hot tub, bar, two kitchens and two living rooms. All bed are queen size including the pull out on first floor. Only a ten minute drive to historic downtown Beaufort where shopping, dining, and entertainment await. There are many area beaches nearby in Morehead, Fort Macon, Atlantic beach, and Radio Island that can be driven to in about 15 minutes. Boaters can put in across the street and be at the Beaufort or Morehead Waterfront in about 15 minutes, or cruise over to Shacklefords bank and Cape Lookout Lighthouse. There is a fee of $10 dollars to launch at the marina. Dockage is availible at the marina for a fee. Ample parking availible at the house for a boat and cars.
