Description
This unit in the award winning Ashley Condominium on the 7th floor has 1380 square feet of interior space. This spacious condo has a large (6'X30') balcony with comfortable patio furniture. The perfect setting for rest and relaxation. It is accessible from the living room and the master suite. There are breathtaking oceanfront views from the master bedroom and the living room. There is a view of the river from the 2nd bedroom. The master suite has an over-sized tub/shower, a walk-in closet, and separate his/hers vanity areas. Each bedroom has two sets of sheets. Each bath has four sets of towels. Our condo is well appointed and maintained. The kitchen has Corian countertops and beautiful cabinetry. It is equipped with all of the appliances/tools necessary to make your stay in our condo feel like home. There is an eating counter with bar stools as well as a dining area. We think that our pool area is the nicest on the beach. The large, free form, oceanfront pool has a huge sun deck, a cookout area, and private secure beach access. There are restrooms, a sauna, a spa, and an exercise room all on the lower level adjacent to the pool area. You will have access to a secure underground parking garage for one vehicle.
