This lovely, cozy condo is located in the Historic District of Downtown Breckenridge. It features a full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen with eat-in dining table, a living room with Internet-enabled cable TV, free wi-fi, DVD player, movies, family games, and a pull-out sleeper-sofa, two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and a full-piece bathroom. There are modern finishes throughout the condo: hardwood floors in the kitchen and main living area, carpet in the bedrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and granite accents in the bathroom. This is a ground-level unit with a private patio and backyard. Includes a reserved spot in the underground, heated parking garage. There is a large community deck with beautiful views and a hot tub. Right next door is Carter Park where you will find a sledding hill, dog park, tennis courts, volleyball, and a children's playground (the playground can be accessed when the elementary school isn't in session). There is an onsite laundry room with coin-operated machines and a utility sink. Also, there is a bus stop right out front of the building for the free shuttle bus which comes every 20 minutes. Breckenridge is home to world-class skiing, shopping, and dining, and a town that must be experienced both during the ski and summer seasons!
