Come and relax at our updated condo located at A Place At The Beach III. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the balcony to start and end your day the NC way. Unwind at the pool, enjoy the 150' water slide, spend the day on the beach or play miniature golf onsite. Our condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers queen bed. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. The unit has free Wi-Fi, TV, VCR and DVD player. TV's in LR and the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a separate dining area/breakfast nook. The unit has new ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and living area. New granite tops in the kitchen with a new dishwasher. Fresh paint and curtains. In addition to the outdoor pool and slide, they have an indoor heated pool for year round fun. The complex offers a 9 hole miniature golf course, tennis courts, basketball, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, shuffleboard and a playground on a large courtyard, great for frisbee, football or just throwing a ball. Both gas and charcoal BBQ's onsite and a mini-store. All this is nearby ocean and pier fishing, golf, Fort Macon State Park, North Carolina Aquarium, Historic Beaufort waterfront (voted Americas Coolest Small Town), Morehead City, great restaurants and shopping. Close to barrier islands for excursions, and ferries available to Cape Lookout national seashore. Bring family or bring friends and relax!
