Glenverdant is a unique home sited as the last house on the top of the ridge in the community of Northpoint. From the upper deck there is a breathtaking view of Timberline ski resort. Across the valley you can see the skiers coming down the mountain even in the evening when the slopes are brightly lit. The top deck has a gas grill and ample seating for BBQâs and picnics. There are 3 bedrooms, the first floor has one bedroom with a king bed and full bath attached. The second bedroom on the first floor has 2 twin beds. Both rooms have immediate outdoor access to the lower deck and the private hot tub. The upper level bedroom includes a queen bed and full bath. The main levelâs sectional sofa includes a pull out queen bed. There is comfortable seating around the wood-burning fireplace with cable TV and DVD player. There is a newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 10. A half bath is on this level. Step out the door into Monongahela National Forest with a scenic 3-mile hiking trail to Blackwater Falls State Park where you can view the falls of the Blackwater River. Glenverdant is only a short drive to Timberline and White Grass ski resorts with ice-skating, skiing and a variety of restaurants. Keywords: Chalet
