Everything is fresh, new, and absolutely top-drawer, from the gorgeous pool and surrounding area (fenced in and beautifully landscaped) to the second- and third-storey balconies with their splendid views. Ride the elevator to the top of the house and then make your way down, glorious new surprises greeting you every step of the way! The 3rd floor is the main living area of Bermuda Bay, containing the formal living room, kitchen, dining room, and one of the master suites. Where to begin?! Perhaps a quick pop out to the balcony, covered for shade and smoothly tiled, with comfy chairs overlooking both the pond in one direction and the ocean in another. This means sunrise views at dawn, sunset spectaculars during cocktail hour! And just in case you canât bring yourself to leave this fabulous area, thereâs a Weber gas grill waiting to help you prepare the catch of the day, steaks and burgers, and sâmores for the kids! Once you step into the living room, youâll wonder why you waited â because with long windows on several walls, the views just come indoors with you! In this room youâll sink into ultra-soothing couches and chairs, just perfect for your favorite movie or the big game on the HDTV. The rest of the year, the silent ceiling fan circulates the perfectly cooled air. Heaven! The ground floor also features a master suite with a king-sized bed, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom, as well as a half-bath and a very useful laundry room.
