It has an elevator that goes to all floors, three decks overlooking the North Cape San Blas beach, where the sun drips into the Gulf of Mexico all year round. Beautiful beach views and walkouts from living area and 4 gulf front king master bedrooms, plus 5th bedroom with double bunk beds and own bath. It has direct beach access via the convenient stairs from the 1st floor deck. This house is totally upscale from its high ceilings, beautifully tiled floors and showers, modern furnishings, luxurious mattresses including Tempurpedic pillow top mattress and top of the line Beautyrest mattresses. The kitchen sports beautiful unpolished granite counter tops, extra bar sink, stainless top of the line appliances, including a stand alone ice maker. There is seating for 6 around the large, beautiful granite table. There is a dining table seating 6 and a pub table, seating 4, for more intimate dining. There are 5 bedrooms, each with their own bath, plus a convenient Â½ bath off the living area. There is a 6th room, with a double futon that can be used for extra living room or additional sleeping quarters. There are 4 gulf front bedrooms with king sized beds and each with their own bath and access to the decks. There is a 5th bedroom with private bath and double bunk beds (sleeping 4). All floors are either tiled or hardwood. St. Kitts is outfitted with all new electronics with a total of 8 HDTVs -- with the smallest being 42". The living room features a 63" HDTV. Four of the master bedrooms will have 50" HDTVs in them and Blu Ray DVD Players in most rooms. Even the master bathroom features a 42" HDTV. There is also an iPod docking station. The layout of the house is first floor - 3 bedrooms/3baths, including 2 king gulf fronts and 1 with double bunks plus the full sized washer dryer. The second floor has large, open living area with upscale kitchen, 2 piece bath, expansive views of the beach and walkouts to the deck. The third floor has 2 more gulf front master bedrooms and a small den/sleeping room with futon and TV. The home has a gas grill and 2 charcoal park-style grills.
