Description

The views are breath taking and the beach access is easy at this oceanfront condo in Ponce Inlet! This is a non-drive on beach area just south of Daytona, which makes it very family friendly. From the beach you can see the nearby Ponce Inlet lighthouse. In the morning you will see dolphins playing. At certain times of the year, sea turtles are hatching right on the beach in front of you. There is the opportunity for so many activities from this location. Just to the south is the Kennedy Space Center where kids can see an actual replica of the Space Shuttle. Port Canaveral is close by where it is possible to take a 3 night cruise to the Bahamas, including the Disney Cruise which docks here. The Orlando theme parks are one hour away! The closest are Universal and Sea World. Sea World now has a fantastic water park called Aquatica. Universal recently opened the Wizarding World of Harry Potter which is a must see! Adults and children will both love these theme parks. Disney is just another 10 minutes to the west. The Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center and Animal Kingdom are places that people from all over the world come to visit! Of course, world famous Daytona Beach is just 15 minutes to the north. Tours of International Speedway are daily if races are not on. Shopping is abundant, and on weekends you can visit the Daytona Flea Market. Daytona has a great museum and there is there is also greyhound racing and poker. If you want to venture further north, it is a 1 1/2 hour drive to historic Old St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. In addition to great history and museums, St. Augustine is abundant with art galleries. You can even take a drink from the Fountain of Youth on the site where Ponce de Leon once landed. If you are a baseball fan, there are many spring training facilities you can visit in the month of March. For NFL football you can go to Jacksonville Jaguars games just 2 hours north or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just 2 hours west. The Orlando Magic NBA team play just one hour away as well. If you are a hockey fan, the Tampa Bay Lightning has a fantastic arena and it is worth the drive to go to a game! This home has been updated in 2011 with a new kitchen, fresh paint and new furniture. It is in great condition with all of the comforts of home! There is a double balcony off both the living room and master bedroom. Included on the balcony is a table for four and two chaise lounge chairs. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the 4th floor of a five floor building for wonderful views of the mighty Atlantic. There is an elevator and shopping carts to make it easy to bring in groceries! Unlike many condo buildings, this one is small and relaxed. There is a manager on site to answer any questions you may have to help with any issues. Once you visit Ponce Inlet, you will be a fan for life!
