Charming well appointed flat with secluded deck. Old growth trees grow all around the 2nd floor apartment to make it feel like living in a tree house. The building is an old Victorian house but the wiring and plumbing are completely modern as are the windows. Broadway, a block away has the best dining and shopping in Colorado. There are necessary stores like Wallgreens, Albertson's and Kmart, But the vast majority of stores and restaurants are unique family owned places. Washington Park, Denver's 2nd largest public park is 15 blocks away. The 0 bus stops in the front yard and goes all through the city. There's also a light rail station within walking distance.
