All of this on one level including washer/dryer. Wrap-around deck, gas grill and outdoor eating area. Roomy two-car garage. Lake access with private dock to tie up your boat; on-site boathouse available also to store your boat or kayak. Enjoy fishing, kayaking and boating over 60 miles of shoreline on the Chetek Chain of Lakes. The lake front by the dock has a low elevation, sandy bottom and is shallow. Good fishing for blue gills, crappies, bass and northern pike. Central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, immaculate appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Flat screen TV in living room, cable TV hookups/wifi. Linens and towels provided. Need more? GREAT location, close to town, yet nestled in the trees for privacy. No smoking/small dog considered, no cats Garbage/water/sewer, and lawn care included. Weekly/monthly housekeeping available for an additional fee. Perfect for bird watchers (hummingbirds, cardinals, orioles, bluebirds and a great horned owl) or if you enjoy jogging/walking/biking the scenic mile loop. Area fishing guides are available.
