This 3 BR, 2.5 BA canal front home is located in The Harborage, a quiet ocean side community in Key Largo, Florida. Available for long term rental (3 month minimum) from September through April, our spacious home is perfect for snowbirds. The rental is fully equipped and includes all utilities (water, electricity, trash/recycling, cable tv and wifi), so just show up and youâll be ready to enjoy your home away from home. When you enter The Harborage youâll immediately feel the peaceful pride of ownership and enjoy a view of the Atlantic Ocean as you head toward 35 Ocean Drive. The Harborage offers a private boat ramp for residents. Our home is on a deep water canal with direct ocean access into the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Put your boat in at our ramp and then tie it up for the duration of your stay at our 60â sea wall directly behind our home, which can accommodate large boats (max 10â beam). You can be out the door, in your boat and cruising in the Atlantic Ocean in less than 5 minutes! About Key Largo and the Florida Keys: Key Largo is the first and northernmost of the Florida Keys and is just a one hour drive from Miami International Airport. It is known for its sport fishing, diving and marine sanctuaries, as well as its laid back atmosphere. Its location makes it a perfect home base for day trips to the Everglades, Miami/Fort Lauderdale, the lower Keys and Key West.
