Summit Condo Sleeps up to 13 This unit is for sale - please let us know if yo are interested! Great rental Income! This privately owned and operated Summit ski condo is comprised of 2 condos connected by a shared hallway. It is located on the western side of the resort within walking distance of the Snowshoe Village. This unit offers spectacular western views and sunsets from two large, private balconies. Each unit has it's own kitchen and living areas and 2 baths per unit. There is also wireless internet access! The unit comfortably accommodates 11 to 13 people. The master bedrooms have king sized beds and a private bath. There are two bedrooms that have full beds, one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with bunk beds (sleeping one on top and 2 on bottom). This is a one of a kind in Snowshoe that can easily accommodate a large group! This condo offers a picturesque view of the western mountains. Then enjoy an evening out in the Village center which has a great selection of restaurants and entertainment. Or if you prefer you can prepare dinner in our fully equipped modern kitchen, and watch a DVD or movie on the cable TV. If you have children, take the family to the Big Top and enjoy a variety of activities from Rock Climbing to watching a movie. Renting this unit is an easy process that can be handled entirely over the Internet. We accept Paypal or credit cards (we never need to have your credit card number - you enter it on a secure payment web site). There is no mailing of keys, the door utilizes a combination lock. Once your vacation begins, you have access to an on-site owner's representative to assist you or address any questions that might arise. Truly a small slice of Heaven in the West Virginia Mountains.
