This professionally crafted builder's home is set on nearly a quarter acre and features tile and hardwood floors throughout, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths - 3 of which have custom showers - and double decks and patios. The master bedroom has a private bath, sitting area, walk-in closet, and ocean view deck! A third floor bedroom has 3 beds, a sitting area with ocean views, a separate bath, and can be used as the 'bunk room' or for additional living space. Nestle in to the built in window seat of the spacious great room or cozy up to the gas fireplace. The large kitchen with a center island, gas stovetop, convection microwave, pantry, and wet bar complete with an ice maker and wine fridge. Although Scarborough's Pine Point Beach community is mostly comprised of residential and vacation homes, there are a handful of shops and restaurants within walking distance. These include the Rising Tide Restaurant, Bayley's Lobster Pound, Salty Bay Seafood Take Out, The Nestling Duck Gift Store and the Clam Bake. All the excitement of the Old Orchard Beach pier and Palace Playland are approximately 2.5 miles down the beach. Portland's Old Port, complete with cobblestone streets, boutique shops, and award winning restaurants is within a half hour drive.
