This three bedroom, two bath Physician's weekend home is now available for rental. The three bedroom, two bath waterfront house is on a quiet cul de sac and is all on one level (no stairs). From the moment you enter the house you have a water view. Large living room, master bedroom, kitchen and dining room all look out onto the water. It is very light and spacious with plenty of windows to let the beautiful Florida sunshine in. View is framed by coconut palms, hibiscus and mango trees providing shade in the afternoon, and beautiful sunsets! Everything is new and completely remodeled, not a typical rental home. Kitchen is stocked for the serious cook, with dinnerware for twelve hand-painted in Portugal, and dining room table seats eight. Lots of books (including cookbooks), DVD's, CD's, puzzles and games provided. Granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Separate laundry room. Master with king-size bed with Waverly linens, private bath with double sinks, huge walk-in shower with seat. Separate hall leads to second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with twin beds, and second bathroom. At your private pool just out the back door is a covered lanai, as well as teak table and bamboo furniture and covered swing, lounge chairs, and gas grill. Bikes, pool floats, and beach chairs and umbrellas are in the garage, with plenty of parking space in the driveway. The couple who own the home live nearby in Tampa, and the property manager lives just across the street, so you can be confident that any problems or concerns will be quickly resolved.
