The home has been beautifully remodeled, including new tile floors throughout living area, new carpet in bedrooms, new furniture, electronics, new kitchen appliances and housewares. Located on Gulf Pines, near Cape San Blas. The home has a large, comfortably furnished screen porch and private walkway to the beach. Beachfront Bungalow is located all on 1 floor, so no stairs to climb once inside the house. The main living area is open with awesome views from anywhere and 2 walkouts to the screen porch. The living room has a blue ray DVD player and 55 inch large screen TV mounted above the gas fireplace. All 3 bedrooms have access to their own bath and have their own 32 inch flat screen TV/DVD players. The gulf front king master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, attached bath and access to the beachfront screen porch. The gulf front king master has been outfitted with new furniture and mattress/bedding. There is a second king master bedroom with a private bath. The third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a queen bed, sleeping up to 4. This bedroom has access into the third full bath which is also accessible from the hall. The full sized washer and dryer is conveniently located between the bedrooms. The queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 10. The living area is wide open with awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The extra large screened porch is the perfect place for outside dining or to curl up with a good book and enjoy the sea breezes. The screen porch is being beauitfully outfitted with a large table and a smaller table, to dine 10 people and a nice conversation/lounge area. The home is located in Gulf Pines off CR-30 on a very quiet, pet-friendly beach with no high rises. It is located very close to Heavenly Palms on the beachfront. Want the best of both worlds? Rent both properties for your larger groups with gulf front at Beachfront Bungalow and pool at Heavenly Palms. There is covered parking at Beach Bungalow for up to 4 cars with plenty of extra driveway space.
