Grandma's Castle in Moani Heights at the Mauna Kea Resort is a $2 million vacation home finished with the finest features, including 2 split master suites with their own in suite bathrooms, one with a King bed and the 2nd a Queen. The TVroom has a single bed with trundle that pulls out from underneath, and its own bathroom. There is spacious indoor/outdoor living and dining areas overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the 20' by 40' 8 feet deep solar heated pool and adjoining spa. A gourmet chefâs kitchen with top-of-the-line granite counters and appliances, wraparound covered lanai with gas BBQ grill, dining and sunbathing areas, central air-conditioning, and imported mahogany molding and stone flooring. Guests must enter thru a 24 hour manned gate at the Hapuna Beach Hotel and an additional electronic gate at street level. We also participate in the Hotel amenities program for both the Mauna Kea & the Hapuna Prince hotels for a very reasonable discounted upcharge. Included are chair, towels, and umbrella service at both beaches, chairs and towels at two pools, access to both fitness centers, guest rates for golf & tennis, parking pass for Mauna Kea, and charging privileges for restaurants, shops, and activities. Enjoy the artwork of Cathy Shine, a local artist, that has documented Hawaiâi for the past 30 years in black & white sepia photography. Grandma's is a world apart.
