Renovations made 2013. Be sure to check out our VIDEO (click video tab above) to see the room, complex, walk to beach and the sound! With the exception of the cast iron tub and bathroom wall tiling, we totally gutted the inside of this unit and re-built with all new! We also own and rent the condo unit next door to this unit (VRBO listing 360453). These two units are literally steps from each other, both ground floor/facing the courtyard and large swimming pool. We pride ourselves in responding quickly, being easy to work with, and resolving any issues to the complete satisfaction of our renters. Feel free to e-mail/call/text us and we'll respond promptly. This condo is a ground floor efficiency unit facing the large pool. King size bed, new in 2013. The couch is a double sleeper sofa. With the exception of the cast iron tub and sink in the bathroom, this room has been totally gutted/remolded/updated/renovated. The condo is located at Bogue Shores Condominiums. Bogue shores is known to provide a family friendly atmosphere. Many who know Bogue Shores Condominiums consider it to be the island's best kept secret with the large pool, closeness and accessibility to the beach and the beautiful sound side. It is located on one of the narrowest parts of the island which provides sound and ocean sides with very easy and quick access. While the unit is most comfortable for 2 adults. While it is possible to sleep four (4) (with 2 on the bed and 2 on the sleeper sofa), we find it is ideal for families with small children (who don't mind sleeping on the pull out sofa). The property has a large adult pool and a separately enclosed baby/kiddie pool. The property also includes a pier and boat launching area where guests can launch their boat for a minimal fee ($10 per stay in 2013). We also love to fish from the pier! Our favorite three things about this property are 1) the large pool; 2) the beautiful grassy area on the sound for cookouts and playing with the kids; and 3) the close proximity to the beach...once you cross the street (and our property sits on the street), the ocean is literally steps away. We hope you enjoy it too!
