These quaint authentic (built in 1940's) Key West style cottages with 'Old Florida' feel are cozy and very clean, and have been completely remodeled. All of the cottages have a private fenced back yard. All cottages have a comfy screened porch. This tropical compound has 4 cottages of which 3 will be ready in November 2014. These are perfect for friends and/or families that want to stay together but yet each couple/family has their own cottage for privacy.It is a short walk to the beach, dining, shopping and water activities. Each cottage has 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small ice chest all fit on the beach buggy for a short stroll to the beach. The world-famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a short stroll away and gives you an oasis from the ordinary. This cozy fishing village has tempting restaurants and unusual shopping. You will find quaint shops that offer antiques, arts, crafts, clothing and jewelry.
