We've added air conditioning to our carefree vacation home (we admit it: sometimes you just have to have it), but otherwise, staying here is like a step back in time. If you are looking for a standardized, franchised, typical vacation setting, this is not for you. But if you would like to rediscover the best of Old-Florida living, our vacation bungalow is just the kind of place you are looking for. Our non-smoking home features two comfortable bedrooms with separate living and dining areas. Casual and colorful furnishings lend a peaceful air to this quiet getaway. The charming nostalgic kitchen boasts the original retro-style cabinetry and vintage Formica countertops, still in fine condition. We have also updated this fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances for the best of old and new. The dining area is connected by sliding glass doors to a covered patio area where you can relax and enjoy the comfortable, natural Florida setting. A separate utility room includes a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, two dressers, HUGE closet, TV and ceiling fan. The guest room has two twin beds, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. We provide a couple of beach chairs and beach towels for your carefree vacation. With the Indian River, Intracoastal Waterway, and Atlantic Ocean only minutes away, you will never run out of things to do here. But if you should tire of the peace and quiet, the attractions of Orlando are just an hour and a half away. Or tour the facilities of NASA's Cape Canaveral, an hour to the north. If youâre lucky enough to be here at the time of a space launch, watch the northeastern skies at launch time for a special treat. Need more room than this bungalow offers?
