Contact Owner For Details Located near the south end of the barrier island that makes up Daytona Beach, one half block north of Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, this tasteful home is the perfect place to lay back and get away from it all. The serene locale keeps the house allows you easy access to a variety of sun drenched activities. Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, Ponce Inlet, and the sound of surf on quiet evenings, you'll fall in love with the tranquillity of the Island Living! Five miles of wide white sand beach and some of the best surf in the area lie a seven minute walk out the front door - great for surfing, cycling, kayaking, jogging, walking, or just hanging out. Beach access is out the front door and a short walk down Beach Street. As a tropical breeze caresses this end of the Island year-round, there isn't a bad time to visit. Even in the months of July and August, a sea breeze provides for a pleasant day at the beach. Deep sea fishing by party boat or captained charter, as well as a nice public boat launch are located one mile south of the home. If you love to walk, hit the beach or elevated walkways through nearby Lighthouse Point State Preserve. The low traffic volume and wide sidewalks make the area great for bicycling or roller-blading. The house is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, and has two bedrooms, two full baths, and a private den with a sofa-hide-a bed, just off of the Master bedroom. The Main bedroom has its own private bath, while the other bath is accessible just off of the Guest/second bedroom. This vacation home features a fairly large dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Beds include one king-size (Main Bedroom), one queen (Guest Bedroom), and one sofa-pull-out bed in the den/office room. This home works great for two couples, a small family, or a couple with visiting guests. The maximum adult occupancy is six persons. Maximum total occupancy is six. If you do not feel like sand and surf, take a break in the private, screened and heated pool. The kitchen is conveniently located off of the pool. Two televisions, expanded cable with DVD, and two bicycles are usually present for guest use. All lawn and pool care is owner provided. Fresh seafood is the fare of choice and several waterfront restaurants are within walking and bicycling distance. If simply relaxing is not enough for you, other area activities within easy reach include: Â· Daytona International Speed Way - 13 Miles. Â· Disney, MGM Studios & Walt Disney World - 79 Miles.
