It has three bedrooms (the 3rd is furnished as a den, with convertible bed) and two full baths, large screen HD TV in the Great Room, tv's in all the bedrooms and in the den, high speed internet, beautiful tile floors, and granite counter tops in the kitchen. We are right on the golf course, with great views of the course and the mountains. We have a covered patio as well as open sitting areas overlooking the golf course ... perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching desert sunsets. Our home is located in the beautiful, gated Indian Springs Country Club , conveniently located minutes from world-class shopping, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, tennis, and the Living Desert wildlife area.
