Our 'Mad Beach Bungalow' is available for the winter months and select times throughout the year. This private home is setup to maximize your enjoyment at the beach. Situated on a lagoon with access to the intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. The house is just 2 short blocks to beautiful Madeira Beach, and our world famous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Our home is completely stocked with bed linens, beach towels, bath linens, silverware, cooking and bakeware, dishes, platters, wine, beer, and margarita glasses, premium drink blender, bagel toaster and everything else you will need to make yourself at home. House comes with HD Cable Television service, highspeed internet access and free long distance phone service (U.S./Canada/Puerto Rico) Among the many features is a HEATED SWIMMING POOL, a custom hot tub, fishing dock, 10,000lb boat lift, 36' boat slip, Key West style patio and sun porch, king size bed in the master and queen in the guest room, Flat Screen TV's thjroughout the house, all with HD cable. The Key West style Tiki/Lanai is wired with stereo speakers and features a 37'' flat screen that can be viewed while floating in the pool! The yard is landscaped with local tropical foliage and we even have a coconut tree growing through the back deck! You get all of this and a waterfront setting that is frequented by manatees and dolphins, not to mention the great fishing right off your own private dock. The house is completely furnished and set up as only an owner would do. We have spared no expense with top of line recliner sofas, Tommy Bahama style Master Bedroom furniture and complete outdoor patio furnishings including a gas grill and a fire pit for those cooler evenings out under the stars. The house also comes with a large capacity washer/dryer set located in the walk-in closet of the master bedroom. We also provide plenty of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and floats for your enjoyment. The 'Mad Beach Bungalow' is located within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and watering holes, coffee shop, post office, antique shops, bait and tackle shops and several pharmacies and beach wear shops. This is our summer house and it is available for the fall and winter seasons along with select times throughout the year to those who want to stay in a truly special place!
