The master suite has sliding doors to the balcony, a king size bed, matching dresser with mirror, two nightstands, a TV, with built-in DVD Player, a walk in closet, a master bath with dual mirrored vanities, separate shower and a Roman tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a five drawer chest, a large walk-in closet with beach chairs and umbrellas, and a TV/DVD & VCR, in a cabinet with plenty of drawer space. The third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, TV with DVD player, and a wall to wall closet with a chest of drawers. The second bath is accessible from both the second bedroom and the foyer. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and an island. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and utility sink. Unit Amenities: Local telephone service along with unlimited long distance in the continental US and Canada, High Speed Cable Internet Service, high efficiency central air conditioning, cable TV, color TVs are located in each bed room and in the living room, most have DVD and/or VCR players along with ports for video games; the Kitchen has, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with in-door water and ice, a four bread toaster, cooking utensils are provided; bed linens, beach and bath towels are also provided; washer/dryer, utility sink and iron; the unit has ceiling fans in living room and in the second and third bedrooms; the spacious balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture. Our Building has a secured keypad entrance, two elevators, and plenty of parking. Please, NO SMOKING and NO PETS in our unit. The association does not allow boats, motor homes, trailers, house trailers or camping trailers on site. RV parking is available nearby(Jetty Park).
