Or simply relax on one of three decks and take in the breathtaking views that stretch for miles across the golf course, Lake Sunapee and Mount Sunapee. The fall offers beautiful foliage and great antiquing in the region. And, of course, golf, tennis and boating are great until it snows! In the winter, ski at Mount Sunapee, an Okemo Resort, and enjoy some of the best conditions in the northeast at a family friendly mountain. Then come back to the condo and warm up by one of two wood stoves (one gas-fired). Well-appointed and comfortable condo: Enjoy the comfort of four levels of living space. The main level features a full kitchen which opens up to the living room and dining area. Just past the wood stove is a wall of glass opening onto the main deck and fantastic views. This level also includes a half bath and laundry room. The lower level features a large family room with gas burning wood stove and glass doors opening to a deck and grass area. There is also a flat-screen TV and Foosball table on this level. On the second floor are three bedrooms. The Master bedroom is air-conditioned with a queen bed and has a private deck (more views!) and a private bathroom with a 2-person shower. Two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a single trundle bed) and a full bathroom finish this floor. The top level is a large air-conditioned loft with three twin beds, two of which have been converted to a king bed.
