Gulf front condo located in building 2 on the 2nd floor, close to the elevator and stairway. Our condo is the 5th one back from the beach on the east side, which puts you just a few yards from the beach, outdoor pools and the indoor pool. The units are built at an angle toward the beach, which offers good views from the master bedroom and balcony. Our condo was remodeled about 2 years ago and is nicely decorated, with tile in kitchen and bathrooms and carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped. We have a sofa bed in the living room which will sleep 2 people comfortably. The master and 2nd bedrooms have queen size beds. Large flatscreen TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom as well. We have a phone for local calls, internet and cable within the unit. Non smoking unit and strictly no pets allowed
