Boardwalk Beach Resort has quickly gained the reputation as the premier resort in Panama City Beach. From the moment you step into the spectacular lobby, you know you have come to the right place for a great vacation. Come enjoy the casual elegance of this sophisticated, yet comfortable end unit condo. The unit was completely remodeled and updated in 2014, features include nine foot ceilings, crown molding, granite counter tops, ceramic tiled floors, upgraded furniture and accessories throughout. Enjoy the ocean view from the 12th floor while creating a light lunch or dinner in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and the latest appliances, Kitchen includes blender, toaster and plenty of barware and serving dishes for entertaining. The main living/dining area has an oversized sofa, reading chair with ottoman, 'pub style' dining table and four bar stools around the granite breakfast bar. Relax and enjoy the TV, A DVD, or the stereo. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with table and chairs perfect for dining outside. Wireless internet access is available through WiFi. You can check your email or complete that undone work task. There is also an activity center off the main lobby with a computer, copier, fax and even your daily morning paper. This is the perfect space to enjoy your vacation with plenty of room for everyone. There are TWO large master bedrooms furnished with a king size bed and flat screen TV's. The master bath dressing area has double marble vanity sinks and a lots of closet space. The separate bath area has a shower, jetted tub and a window shelf with a view of the gulf. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with two chairs. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, nice size closet and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom adjoins a full bath with tub and shower combination. The bunk room has 2 twin size bunk beds, TV, and a door for privacy in this room. This resort is right across the street from Signal Hill golf course! The Boardwalk Beach Resort is located on the west end of Thomas Drive. The resort amenities include a 2500 square foot zero entry pool, two hot tubs, a children's pool area with interactive water sprays and fountains, fitness center, sauna, arcade and indoor activity center. The Tiki bar is open daily for drinks and snacks or meals. Enjoy live music in the season Thurs - Sunday evenings. Rent directly from the owner. No pets allowed. No smoking.
